Job Title: Remote Online Mathematics & Science Teacher (Work From Home)
About the Role
ScholarCo is seeking passionate and knowledgeable Online Mathematics and Science Teachers from Kerala to deliver engaging virtual lessons to students up to Class 12. This is a fully remote position offering flexible working opportunities for educators who are committed to helping students excel academically.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality online lessons in Mathematics and/or Science.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and practice exercises.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities.
- Create a positive, interactive, and engaging online classroom environment.
- Monitor student progress and communicate regularly with parents when required.
- Maintain accurate attendance and lesson records.
- Attend training sessions and follow ScholarCo's teaching standards and policies.
Requirements
- MSc or equivalent qualification in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
- B.Ed is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong subject knowledge and excellent English communication skills.
- Native Malayalam speakers are preferred.
- Previous teaching or online tutoring experience is an advantage.
- Reliable laptop/desktop, stable internet connection, webcam, and microphone.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
