Roles & Responsibilities

Carryout audits assigned as per the approved audit plan in an effective, efficient and timebound manner.

Evaluate risks and controls, identify control gaps and inadequacies in processes
- Identify opportunities of revenue enhancement and cost optimisation

Ensure comprehensiveness in audit coverage
-
Engage effectively with auditees on audit findings, issuance of audit reports and follow- up of action plan.

Closing out on audits independently with minimal supervision and review.
Desired candidate profile
Chartered Accountant with
- 3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience in internal audit of a large manufacturing organisation, preferably automobiles and exposure to plant functions.

Good domain knowledge of manufacturing & supply chain operations as well as understanding of key business processes like O2C, P2P, HR, Payroll, legal compliances, marketing activities etc

Good interpersonal, communication, report drafting, presentations and analytical skills.

SAP Knowledge and practice
-
Good knowledge of MS Excel, other Data analytics and auditing tools

Preference – Candidates with Internal Audit experience in manufacturing sector
