We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Pigment Printing Executive to manage and supervise pigment printing operations in our textile production unit. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality printing output, color consistency, machine handling, and timely production execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and supervise pigment printing processes on fabrics.
- Prepare printing pastes, colors, and chemicals as per production requirements.
- Ensure accurate shade matching and print quality standards.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot printing issues.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Maintain production records and daily reporting.
- Ensure proper fabric handling and minimal wastage.
- Follow safety and quality compliance procedures.
- Support sampling and new design developments when required.
