About the Role
Gautam Shewa Architects is looking for a reliable, responsible, and well-mannered Office Boy / Office Assistant to support the day-to-day office operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining basic office arrangements, pantry activities, document handling, errands, and providing general support to the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and basic organization of the office, pantry, and common areas.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and basic refreshments for staff and visitors.
- Prepare basic food/snacks when required.
- Ensure the pantry is clean, organized, and adequately stocked.
- Handle printing, photocopying, scanning, and basic document-related work.
- Deliver and collect documents, couriers, and other office materials.
- Visit banks, courier offices, stationery shops, and other locations for office-related work when required.
- Purchase and arrange stationery, pantry supplies, cleaning materials, and other office requirements.
- Assist in receiving and organizing office deliveries and materials.
- Help the Admin / HR team with basic office-related tasks and documentation.
- Support the Accounts team with document collection, cheque/bank-related errands, and other basic office requirements when required.
- Ensure office supplies and pantry items are available and inform the Admin team when stock is required.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arrangements for meetings and visitors.
- Provide general support to employees and management for day-to-day office requirements.
- Perform other office and administrative duties as assigned by the management.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass preferred.
- Previous experience as an Office Boy, Office Assistant, Office Helper, or similar role will be an advantage.
- Should be reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Good communication and basic understanding of Hindi / Marathi; basic English will be an advantage.
- Should be comfortable with local travel for office-related errands.
- Should have a polite and helpful attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks on time.
- Basic knowledge of handling documents, printing, scanning, and photocopying will be preferred.
