HR Recruiter
Job Summary
We are looking for a HR Recruiter to source, screen and mobilise candidates for various job opportunities across different industries and locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, WhatsApp, referrals and database.
- Screen candidates as per job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Explain job details, salary, location and other employment terms.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until joining.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
- Achieve monthly recruitment and joining targets.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline; HR/MBA will be an advantage.
- 0–3 years of recruitment/HR experience.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Good communication, convincing and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
