As a Business Development Executive, you'll be at the front line of our growth — identifying potential clients, pitching our digital marketing services, and converting conversations into long-term business partnerships. You'll work closely with our marketing and delivery teams to understand what we offer and represent it confidently to prospective clients.
What You'll Do
- Identify and reach out to potential clients across industries
- Pitch Creative point's digital marketing services (SEO, social media, paid ads, web, etc.) tailored to client needs.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to craft the right solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals, or qualify and hand off high-potential leads to senior BD staff.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and keep CRM/records updated.
- Represent Creative point at client meetings, networking events, and pitches.
What We're Looking For
- Any degree or diploma
- Strong communication skills — confident, persuasive, and personable
- Fluency in Tamil; working proficiency in English
- Genuine interest in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles
- Freshers with the right attitude are welcome; prior sales/BD experience is a plus
- Comfortable with phone calls, in-person meetings, and basic digital tools (Excel, email, CRM)
