Role Overview
As Project Head, you will lead the proposal and pre-project engineering functions, serving as the technical bridge between the sales, engineering, and client teams. You will manage the preparation of robust, technically sound, and commercially competitive proposals for fluid/gas handling systems—including valves, regulators, fittings, and tubing.
Your goal will be to align client requirements with TK-Fujikin’s world-class solutions, while supporting strategic business growth in cutting-edge industries.
Key ResponsibilitiesProposal Strategy & Execution
- Lead technical proposal development for RFQs, BOQs, P&IDs, and custom client requirements
- Interpret technical specs and engineering drawings to design compliant solutions
- Select appropriate components based on media, pressure, purity, temperature, and materials
- Oversee pricing, delivery estimates, and proposal documentation
Technical Leadership
- Map or derive equivalent TK-Fujikin part numbers from client or third-party specs
- Ensure compliance with industry norms and client-specific standards
- Customize proposals for applications in Hydrogen, Semiconductor, Pharma, Oil & Gas, Solar, and Bio-CNG
- Lead and mentor junior proposal engineers (if applicable)
Client & Sales Engagement
- Join client meetings or calls to present and defend proposals
- Assist sales teams with technical positioning and value differentiation
- Personally lead high-value or complex project proposals
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with execution, procurement, and operations teams for seamless handovers
- Track and ensure timely proposal submissions and revisions
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain organized records of templates, costing tools, spec sheets, and proposal archives
- Support with vendor registrations, tenders, and compliance documentation
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Mechanical, Chemical, or Production Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant experience in process instrumentation or fluid/gas control systems
- Strong knowledge of UHP systems, valves, regulators, tubing, and fittings
- Experience in preparing technical-commercial proposals and engaging with customers
- Proficient in MS Office, basic CAD reading, and ERP/CRM systems (preferred)
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
