Key Responsibilities:
· Strategic Planning: Define the annual marketing strategy, brand positioning, and value proposition.
· Budgeting & Allocation: Manage the total marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across departments.
· Leadership: Mentor and lead the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Finance leads to align marketing efforts with revenue targets.
· Public Relations: Act as a brand spokesperson and oversee high-level PR and communication strategies.
· Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Marketing
