Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales and revenue growth in IT Infrastructure solutions and services. The role requires a proven track record in IT Infra sales, strong client relationship management, and the ability to close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in IT Infrastructure services (Cloud, Data Center, Networking, Cybersecurity, AMC, SAAS service and Managed Services).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and decision-makers.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and closure on ROI.
- Collaborate with internal pre-sales and technical teams to deliver client-centric solutions.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets as defined by management.
- Represent Procain in industry events and networking forums.
Skills and Compitencies:
- Strong understanding of IT Infra solutions (Servers, Storage, Networking, Cloud, Security, AMC/Managed Services).
- Proven experience in IT Infra / System Integrator sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage with CXO-level executives.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
Qualification:
- Graduate in IT/Engineering/Business (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure sales.
