JKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. MIS, REPORTING & SALES COORDINATION
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to sales, collections, outstanding, supply chain status, sales productivity, dealer performance, and market activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations for sales meetings, management reviews, annual reviews, and strategic discussions using Excel, Tally, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Monitor sales team activities through the SalesNrich app, including visit tracking, PJP adherence, lead updates, and reporting accuracy.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Logistics, and Accounts departments regarding supply status, dispatches, pending orders, schemes, credit notes, and operational follow-ups.
- Calculate staff incentives, dealer scheme benefits, ATI / HTI benefits, discounts, and related reports as per company policies.
2. SCHEME, LOYALTY & CRM OPERATIONS
- Coordinate and manage company schemes, ATI agreements, Painter Loyalty Programmes, painter engagement initiatives, and related communication activities.
- Ensure proper issue, collection, documentation, and maintenance of ATI agreements, scheme records, loyalty programme data, and customer databases.
- Coordinate loyalty programme activities including member onboarding, redemption support, customer communication, issue resolution, and programme reporting.
- Handle dealer, painter, and customer queries related to schemes, loyalty programmes, collections, order status, and service support.
- Lead and guide Customer Relations Executives (CREs) in daily CRM operations, dealer follow-ups, customer communication, and order coordination activities.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the CRM Centre as a central support desk for dealers, customers, painters, and the sales team.
3. MARKETING, BTL & EVENT COORDINATION
- Coordinate and support sales meetings, dealer meets, painter meets, exhibitions, ATI trips, and promotional activities of the company.
- Coordinate with branding, printing, design, and social media agencies for marketing materials, creatives, brochures, standees, and communication support.
- Support marketing and customer engagement activities through digital communication, social media coordination, and customer response management.
- Prepare meeting minutes, maintain follow-up records, and track commitments made during sales and review meetings.
4. SYSTEMS, ADMINISTRATION & GENERAL SUPPORT
- Manage CRM, Sales App, and Loyalty Bonus App software systems, and coordinate related support activities including app coordination, report generation, troubleshooting, user management, and database maintenance.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA / BCom preferred). MBA / PGDM will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM, marketing support, sales administration.
- Experience in Paints & Building Materials, FMCG, or similar industries preferred.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Tally ERP, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with SalesNrich / CRM applications, reporting dashboards, and database management.
- Basic understanding of social media coordination and digital communication tools will be an added advantage.
REQUIRED SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- Good communication and coordination skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong follow-up, reporting, and team handling abilities.
- Ability to work in a structured and process-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings or events if required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
