## Position Overview
Itechserv AI is seeking a talented Software Developer to join our dynamic technology team. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining responsive web applications using React and Node.js.
## Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality frontend interfaces using React and Tailwind CSS.
- Build robust backend APIs and services using Node.js and Express.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to deliver clean user experiences.
## Core Requirements
- 3+ years React & Node.js development.
- Experience with Tailwind CSS, Git, and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with Docker is a plus.
- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or equivalent.
