Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of strategically impactful projects, influencing the bottom line and enhancing our competitive position.

Design, build, and take end-to-end ownership of strategic product modules and programs aimed at delighting our global customer base.

Coach agile engineering teams to create maintainable and scalable software services and components, influencing critical team and product decisions.

Cultivate and manage highly motivated and talented teams fostering effective collaboration with stakeholders, envisioning, designing, developing, testing, and launching impactful software.

Initiate processes facilitating efficient collaboration between local and international groups.

Drive continuous improvement in software quality, customer experience, and feature maintainability.

Actively contribute to the product's architecture vision and execution, collaborating closely with cross-product team leads and other R&D leaders.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a software product’s transformational journey – Monolith to Microservices

In-depth knowledge and experience programming in .Net Technologies

Thorough understanding and experience in cloud computing systems

Experience in developing RESTful or GraphQL services.

Proficient in a broad range of software design approaches and design patterns
- Skilled in relational and NoSQL databases (Postgres / MongoDB)

Knowledge of TDD and unit testing processes
-
Experience working in an AWS environment is an added advantage.
