**Job Title: Macro/VBA Executive – Excel Automation**

### Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled **Macro/VBA Executive** to automate and streamline data management processes using Microsoft Excel. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing Excel-based automation tools, reports, dashboards, and data processing systems to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
### Key Responsibilities
* Develop, maintain, and optimize Excel Macros and VBA applications.
* Automate repetitive data entry, reporting, and reconciliation processes.
* Design and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers.
* Analyze large datasets and create automated solutions for business requirements.
* Integrate data from multiple sources into Excel-based reporting systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Excel macros and VBA programs.
* Create user-friendly templates, forms, and automated workflows.
* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting.
* Coordinate with different departments to understand automation requirements.
* Document developed tools and provide user training when required.
### Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of **Microsoft Excel**, including Advanced Excel functions.
* Proficiency in **VBA (Visual Basic for Applications)** and Macro development.
* Experience in creating automated reports and dashboards.
* Knowledge of Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and data validation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good understanding of data management and reporting processes.
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
### Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
* Experience in process automation and workflow optimization.
* Familiarity with ERP systems and business data reporting.
### Qualification
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, or related field.
* Certification in Advanced Excel/VBA will be an added advantage.
### Experience
* 1–5 years of experience in Excel Automation, VBA Development, MIS Reporting, or related roles.
### Compensation
