Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement schedules to inspect and service machinery, preventing unexpected breakdowns.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical failures and dismantle, repair, or replace defective parts.
- Installation: Set up new production machinery and equipment.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and machine performance.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all machinery operates within safety regulations (e.g., IATF,ISO) and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
- Technical Support: Train production operators on daily maintenance tasks and proper machine usage.
