We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of the end-to-end business development journey for both our services and product portfolio. You will play a key role in outreach, lead generation, nurturing prospects, driving product launch campaigns, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the full business development cycle — from cold outreach, lead qualification, and demos to negotiation and sales closure.
- Plan, execute, and monitor product launch campaigns in collaboration with marketing and leadership teams.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to GTM strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and follow-ups.
- Take initiative to explore new channels for lead generation and business expansion.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and emerging trends.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, delivery, product) to ensure alignment across all BD efforts.
- Maintain accurate reports in CRM systems and track progress against sales targets.
- Learn quickly from feedback and be willing to experiment, iterate, and handle failures constructively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA with specialisation in Marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (spoken and written).
- Strong passion for sales, client engagement, and business growth.
- High level of motivation, ownership, and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Comfortable with market research, data-driven decisions, and structured follow ups.
