Role: Delivery Head BFSI
Location: Chennai
Role Summary:
Seeking a Delivery Manager to lead and optimize key client engagements. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Agile project delivery, client management, P&L oversight, and people leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Application Development, Maintenance, and Support projects using Agile methodologies in an onsite-offshore model.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- P&L Management: Manage the Profit & Loss for sizable accounts, including revenue targets exceeding $20 million USD independently.
- Account Oversight: Provide 360-degree management for sizable client accounts, leveraging strong financial acumen and cost management strategies.
- Agile Transformation: Drive the transformation of large-scale programs from Waterfall to Agile methodologies, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
- Service Line Collaboration: Work closely with service line managers and SPOCs to develop solutions and enhance the business pipeline.
- Customer Needs Assessment: Identify and analyze customer needs, using feedback to refine and improve service delivery.
- Team Leadership: Lead the service delivery team, manage conflicts, and ensure efficient execution of processes and tasks.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement Continuous Improvement Programs focused on enhancing service delivery and reducing costs while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets effectively, identifying opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.
Qualifications:
- 18+ years of experience in delivery management, with at least 5+ years in project and program management in relevant domains.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale projects with a focus on Agile methodologies.
- Strong experience in Core Banking Solutions.
- Experience with both Time & Materials (T&M) and Fixed Price projects.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple accounts.
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
