Job Title: Restaurant Manager / Assistant F&B Manager
Location: Canary Islands Resort & Spa
Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and guest-focused Restaurant Manager / Assistant F&B Manager to oversee daily F&B operations, ensure exceptional service standards, and drive revenue growth at our luxury resort in Lonavala.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
- Lead and train service team members
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction
- Monitor sales, costs, and inventory control
- Handle guest feedback and special events
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management
- 4–8 years of F&B experience, with supervisory exposure
- Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills
- Experience in luxury resorts preferred
