- Manage day-to-day office administration activities.
- Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily work.
- Ensure cleanliness of office premises, workstations, meeting rooms, washrooms, pantry, and common areas.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain hygiene standards.
- Monitor the availability of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate deep cleaning, pest control, and waste disposal activities.
- Ensure proper segregation and disposal of waste.
- Address housekeeping-related complaints promptly.
- Monitor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility requirements.
- Develop and implement the organization's security policies and procedures.
- Lead and manage the security team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Conduct security risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
- Ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, contractors, and company assets.
- Oversee access control systems, CCTV surveillance, alarm systems, and other security technologies.
- Investigate security incidents, theft, fraud, and policy violations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and manage emergency response and crisis management plans.
- Coordinate with law enforcement, fire departments, and other external agencies.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company security requirements.
- Prepare security reports, incident analyses, and management updates.
- Manage security budgets, vendor contracts, and security service providers.
- Promote a strong security awareness culture across the organization.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
