Job Overview
Astha Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our night-shift team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual design and video editing, creative thinking, and the ability to create engaging content for social media and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative banners, social media posts, advertisements, thumbnails, and other marketing creatives.
- Edit Reels, Shorts, short-form and long-form videos for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Create AI-generated videos and AI-assisted visual content using relevant AI tools.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content based on client requirements.
- Work on video transitions, effects, text animations, and basic motion graphics.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts.
- Maintain consistency in branding, design quality, and visual style.
- Stay updated with the latest AI, design, video editing, social media, and content trends.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver work within deadlines.
- Understand client requirements and convert ideas into effective visual content.
Required Skills
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- CapCut
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Knowledge of Motion Graphics is a plus.
- Knowledge of AI video generation and AI creative tools.
- Strong creative thinking and visual design sense.
- Good understanding of social media content and current trends.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Willingness to work in the night shift.
