About the Role
KDP Architects is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, client acquisition, and business development in the real estate sector. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify business leads in the real estate sector.
- Identify and track government tender opportunities.
- Assist in preparing and submitting tender documents and proposals.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, contractors and government agencies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project requirements and proposal submissions.
- Support client acquisition and business growth initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions and business opportunities.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong interest in business development, sales and government tenders.
- Self-motivated, organized and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
