We are seeking a dependable and enthusiastic professional to join our team in Dehradun. Role Overview
The selected candidate will initially work in a work-from-home setup and, over time, transition to working from the Dehradun-based office. The role involves receiving hands-on training on the organization’s digital platform and supporting Special Educators (SEs) through training, coordination, and on-ground implementation.
The candidate will play a key role in ensuring effective communication, smooth execution of project activities, and timely delivery of outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits within Dehradun and nearby areas for coordination and support
- Learn and efficiently use the organization’s application and tools
- Train Special Educators (SEs) on application usage and workflows
- Maintain regular communication with SEs, conduct follow-ups, and resolve basic operational challenges
- Support on-ground implementation of project activities and ensure timely execution
- Maintain records, updates, and coordination reports
- Collaborate closely with internal teams for seamless program execution
Required Skills & Eligibility
- Bahelor's degree (mandatory)
- Fresh graduates and individuals restarting their careers are encouraged to apply
- Comfortable with local travel within Dehradun and surrounding areas
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (initially remote, transitioning to office-based)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Must have a laptop and smartphone with stable internet connectivity
- Must have aTwo wheeler

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
