Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executives to join our real estate team in Whitefield, Bengaluru.
The role involves handling customer inquiries, explaining property details, assisting prospective buyers, and coordinating property site visits.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant property information.
- Clearly explain property details, features, specifications, and available options.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain effective communication.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the pre-sales process.
- Maintain professional communication with prospective buyers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: PUC / Degree
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
- Age: Up to 35 years
- Communication: Good communication skills are mandatory.
- Languages: English + fluency in any one of the following:
- Kannada
- Hindi
- Marathi
- Gujarati
- Malayalam
Salary & Incentives
Freshers:
- ₹18,000 In-Hand per month
- ₹22,000 CTC per month
Experienced Candidates:
- ₹27,000 In-Hand per month
- ₹30,000 CTC per month
Additional Benefits:
- Performance-based incentives

Round 2: Final Interview – Sobha Head Office, Bellandur
