Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior telecalling experience and strong communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for speaking with students, providing information about our institution, explaining course details, and guiding them through the admission/enrollment process.
Education
- Minimum: Higher Secondary (12th Pass)
- Preferred: Any Graduate
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to students and parents regarding courses and programs offered.
- Respond to incoming queries about admissions, eligibility, fees, and schedules.
- Counsel students on suitable courses based on their interests and career goals.
- Maintain a regular follow-up with interested candidates.
- Update student information and interaction details in the CRM system.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.
- Provide accurate and relevant information about the institution.
- Coordinate with the admissions team when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of telecalling or customer service experience (education sector preferred).
- Excellent communication skills ( Malayalam, English).
- Good telephone etiquette and ability to build rapport with students.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
