Job Summary
We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Area Sales Executives to expand our presence across Maharashtra. The role involves building relationships with schools, colleges, and coaching institutes, generating student leads, and driving admissions through field sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute field sales activities across the assigned territory in Maharashtra.
- Visit schools, junior colleges, coaching institutes, and educational partners.
- Conduct seminars, presentations, and awareness sessions for students.
- Generate quality leads and drive student enrollments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals and institutional partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Organize on-ground marketing activities, education fairs, stalls, and promotional events.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM regularly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, EdTech, BFSI, Telecom, or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Marathi and basic English.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra.
- Must own a 2-wheeler, laptop, and possess a valid Driving Licence.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
