Location: MILLENIAL RESTOBAR, KATHRIKADAVU
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar.
- Lead, train, and motivate the service and bar teams.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor sales, inventory, and cost control.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Handle staff scheduling, cash control, and daily reporting.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant/Bar Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant and bar operations.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
