Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to prospective students' enquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Counsel prospective students on our programs, admissions process, and career benefits.
- Manage the complete admissions cycle, from lead generation to successful enrolment.
- Achieve monthly enrolment targets through effective counselling and follow-ups.
- Plan and implement strategies to improve admissions and conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in education admissions, student counselling, or a similar sales role.
- Proven track record of achieving enrolment or sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, internet applications, and e-learning platforms.
- Candidates based in Thiruvananthapuram or willing to relocate.

- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala
- Commute/Relocation: Candidates should be able to commute reliably or relocate before joining.
