Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Admission Counsellor to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding potential students through the admissions process, explaining our courses, and ensuring maximum enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
● Make 100-120 calls daily to prospective students from provided leads.
● Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively counseling students on Digital Marketing & Data Science courses.
● Achieve a monthly target of 10-20 admissions.
● Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure conversions.
● Maintain a strong understanding of course offerings, career benefits, and industry trends.
● Provide accurate information and resolve student queries regarding course structure, fees, duration, and placement assistance.
● Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to optimize outreach strategies.
● Maintain records of all interactions and follow-ups in CRM tools.
Required Skills:
- Strong counselling and sales closing abilities
- Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
- Experience in handling inbound and outbound leads
- Good knowledge of CRM management and follow-up process
- Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving revenue goals
- Ability to work independently and handle high lead volumes
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
