Qualification
MBA (HR/Marketing) or Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented B2B HR Executive to join our Placement & Corporate Relations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate organizations, identifying hiring opportunities, coordinating Placement activities, and facilitating successful student placements.
This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, enjoy networking, and are passionate about connecting talent with the right career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source job vacancies from companies across various industries.
- Connect with HR professionals and hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to generate placement opportunities.
- Match suitable candidates with available job openings based on employer requirements.
- Share candidate profiles and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with employers and candidates regarding interview outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of companies, vacancies, placements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly placement reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good networking, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and placement processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and deadline-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in recruitment, placement coordination, business development, or corporate relations is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
