Role
Own lead generation & partnerships.
Build our growth engine from scratch.
Tasks
- Generate leads via email, LinkedIn, and community outreach.
- Find & onboard partners (agencies, SaaS, ESPs) for referrals.
- Research target accounts and map decision-makers.
- Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls.
- Manage CRM and track all follow-ups.
- Track competitors and share market insights.
You
- 1–3 years in BD, Partnerships, or IT Sales.
- Strong English communication—can pitch to C-level.
- Self-starter—no hand-holding needed.
- Target-driven—desperate to close deals.
