- Source and procure water treatment chemicals such as coagulants, flocculants, biocides, corrosion inhibitors, scale inhibitors, RO chemicals, and specialty treatment chemicals.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable domestic and international suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms, lead time, and contracts with suppliers.
- Coordinate with quality, technical, and logistics teams to ensure compliance with specifications and delivery schedules.
- Manage RFQs, purchase orders, supplier comparisons, and cost analysis.
- Ensure suppliers meet quality standards, MSDS, COA, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor market trends, raw material price movements, and alternative sourcing options.
- Maintain proper procurement documentation and supplier records.
- Support cost-saving initiatives and supplier consolidation strategies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for demand planning and inventory control.
