- Develop accurate patterns and grade them (manual and/or CAD) from design sketches, reference garments, and tech packs
- Create patterns for a range of streetwear styles: oversized t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, cargo pants, joggers, shirts, jackets, and co-ord sets
- Work with both knits and wovens, accounting for fabric behavior, shrinkage, and drape — including handloom and naturally dyed fabrics
- Conduct fit sessions, analyze fit issues, and make precise pattern corrections through multiple sample iterations
- Grade patterns across the full size range (XS–XXL) while maintaining fit intent and proportions
- Prepare production-ready patterns with complete markings, seam allowances, and construction notes
- Coordinate with sampling tailors and production units to ensure patterns are executed correctly
- Optimize marker planning for fabric efficiency and minimal wastage
- Maintain an organized pattern library with proper version control
