The Role:
This is not a boring, sit-at-a-desk corporate job. This is a challenging, high-energy startup role. We are looking for a hungry, talented fresher who wants to learn how a real e-commerce business is built from the inside out. You will wear multiple hats, starting with owning our daily supply chain and assisting the founding team with growth.
What You Will Do (The Challenge):
- Own the Dispatch (Operations): Take complete charge of the daily physical fulfillment. You will meticulously pick, pack, and label daily e-commerce and wholesale orders. Our supply chain stops if you stop.
- Manage the Ground Game: Track inventory levels, coordinate directly with shipping partners (Blue Dart, Amazon FBA), and troubleshoot delivery bottlenecks.
- Drive the Hustle (Sales & Growth): Step up to assist the CEO with tracking B2B leads, managing customer inquiries, and helping execute on-ground sales promotional activities when needed.
- Problem Solve: Startups are chaotic. You will jump into whatever the day demands with high energy and a positive attitude.
Who You Are:
- Experience: 0–1 Years (Freshers with a massive fire in their belly are highly preferred).
- Education: Any Graduate / 12th Pass who is smart, street-savvy, and quick on their feet.
- The Vibe: You have high energy, take extreme ownership of your tasks, and never say "that's not my job."
- Physical Stamina: You are physically active and completely comfortable handling daily hands-on packing and warehouse duties.
- Tech-Savvy: You know your way around basic computer tasks, Excel/Google Sheets, and quickly learning e-commerce dashboards.
