We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative with 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales. The candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's products to healthcare professionals, generating prescriptions, achieving sales targets, and strengthening relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular doctor visits and ensure effective territory coverage.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness through scientific detailing.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Coordinate with distributors and stockists to ensure product availability.
- Organize CMEs, product presentations, and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Maintain accurate daily call reports, expense reports, and CRM updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical marketing practices.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
