Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· To plan and execute preventive maintenance.
· To file the preventive maintenance checklist with the help of dedicated workmen.
· To keep downtime of equipment to minimum by promptly attending the breakdown.
· To analyse the case of breakdown.
· To update the history cards in the respective dedicated areas.
· To track the MSL of spares in the dedicated areas.
· To update all work related documents including the performance report.
· Any other job that Head of Maintenance deems fit for this position.
Technical Knowledge
· Erection, Commissioning and maintenance of foundry equipment – mechanical & electrical
· Primary knowledge of civil engineering and industrial engineering
· Knowledge of Pneumatics, Hydraulics, PLC, material handling
· Knowledge of basic Engineering concepts
· Maintenance techniques like Preventive maintenance, Total Preventive maintenance, Computerised Maintenance Management System etc
· Maintenance scheduling
· Spares part management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
