We are looking for an (3-7years) experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead the sales team for residential real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing the sales team, achieving revenue targets, and building strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential projects.
- Handle direct sales and channel sales for residential properties.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and clients.
- Conduct site visits, project presentations, and client meetings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and project teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team for better performance.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
