Hiring: Inside Sales & Channel Development Executive
Location: Thrissur (Office-based)
Industry: Mining / Material Handling / Wear Solutions
Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month
Role Objective
Drive pan-India sales through tele-calling, virtual meetings, and channel partner development. Site visits and direct meetings will be required only for critical or high-value opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage dealers/channel partners across India (excluding South India)
- Generate and convert enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings
- Support channel partners in closing deals (technical & commercial coordination)
- Handle complete sales cycle: enquiry → quotation → order → payment follow-up
- Conduct site visits/meetings only when necessary
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in B2B / Inside Sales
- Strong tele-sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage and drive dealers remotely
- Result-oriented with strong ownership mindset
Qualification
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Language
- Hindi & English (mandatory)
