- Operate and maintain all barista equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and blenders, ensuring they are clean and in excellent working condition.
- Provide outstanding customer service, greeting each employee and guest warmly, taking orders accurately, and handling transactions efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting coffee bar area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, pastries, and other supplies, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Educate customers on coffee selections, brewing methods, and menu items, offering recommendations as appropriate.
- Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with light food preparation, such as warming pastries or preparing simple grab-and-go items, if required.
