As a Applied AI ML Senior Associate within Enterprise Technology team, you will be responsible to design, build and productionize ML and LLM powered systems that operate at scale across high-volume streams. You will work at the intersection of modeling, NLP and transformer architectures. This is a hands-on senior role requiring deep expertise in applied NLP, LLM integration, scalable ML systems and production grade engineering discipline.
This role offers a chance to collaborate with product managers, architects, data science and operational teams, while also engaging in software engineering communities to explore new and emerging technologies.
Job responsibilities

Design, develop, and troubleshoot scalable software solutions, applying creative and innovative approaches to solve complex technical challenges

Write secure, high-quality, production-ready code and maintain algorithms that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems

Develop architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, ensuring adherence to design constraints and best practices throughout the SDLC

Build and deploy AI/ML solutions and agentic systems for LLM platforms using modern cloud architectures (Azure, AWS)

Bake in augmentation mechanisms leveraging legacy regular expressions for filtering and optimization

Contribute to the full product development lifecycle, including defining the objective and key product deliverables.

Act as an advanced contributor in system development, computer algorithms, NLP and machine learning.

Contribute to the continuous learning mindset of the organization by bringing in new knowledge, ideas, and perspectives.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience with 8+ years of experience in build innovative AI/ML solutions
- Strong foundation in Information Retrieval, Natural Language Processing

Experience with one or more ML frameworks - Pytorch, Tensorflow, SciKit, NeMo, Huggingface Transformers

Operational experience in supporting an enterprise grade ML application in production

Experience with any of the MLOps frameworks such MLflow, Kubeflow

Implement cutting-edge GenAI services leveraging Azure OpenAI models and AWS Bedrock

Proficiency working with LLMs, creating agents with LangGraph

Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming and database querying languages. Experience with containerization.

Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle

Proficiency in Python (FastAPI), Microservices, APIs, elastic compute, nosql databases, messaging queues

Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, application resiliency, and security best practices

Knowledge of Databricks is nice to have

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and modern databases (NoSQL)
