JOB SUMMARY
Skillverse Education & Migration is looking for a creative, execution-focused Digital Marketer (Social Media) to manage and grow our presence on Facebook and Instagram. You will be responsible for planning and creating engaging content, designing creatives, writing compelling captions, and executing social media campaigns that generate quality leads for our education and migration services. A key part of this role involves driving lead generation across India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and the Philippines through organic and paid social media strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and publish engaging Facebook and Instagram content (static posts, carousels, reels, and stories) based on weekly content requirements.
- Develop and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to increase engagement and generate enquiries.
- Design high-quality, brand-consistent creatives using Canva (or similar design tools).
- Create and edit short-form videos and reels using trending formats, hooks, subtitles, and engaging visuals.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns focused on lead generation in India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
- Generate qualified enquiries through organic content, Meta advertising campaigns, and lead generation strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics (reach, engagement, leads, and conversions), and submit weekly performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather updates, offers, testimonials, and service information for content creation.
- Respond to or assist with social media comments, messages, and enquiries when required.
- Continuously research social media trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviour to improve campaign performance.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience managing Facebook and Instagram accounts for a business or brand.
- Proven experience in social media lead generation, preferably targeting multiple international markets.
- Experience running or supporting Meta lead generation campaigns for India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and/or the Philippines is highly desirable.
- Strong content creation skills with an understanding of storytelling, hooks, and conversion-focused copywriting.
- Proficiency in Canva (Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage).
- Comfortable creating reels and short-form video content.
- Good understanding of Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, and basic campaign analytics.
- Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain consistent output in a remote work environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home-office setup.
PREFERRED / BONUS
- Experience in the education, migration, visa, or overseas consultancy industry.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp lead handling, CRM systems, and enquiry management.
- Understanding of international student recruitment markets and audience targeting.
- Experience optimising Meta campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
COMPENSATION
Competitive, based on experience.
Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month
