This is not a traditional graphic design role. We're looking for an AI-native creator who understands prompt engineering, creative workflows, and how to combine multiple AI tools to produce exceptional content quickly.
What You'll Do
- Create engaging short-form videos, reels, ads, animations, and social media content.
- Design graphics, thumbnails, presentations, and digital marketing assets.
- Use Generative AI to dramatically accelerate creative production.
- Write and optimize prompts for image, video, and content generation.
- Combine multiple AI tools into efficient creative workflows.
- Improve existing workflows by introducing new AI tools and automation.
- Produce high-quality content for our brands and healthcare clients.
AI Tools We Like (or Similar)
We don't expect you to know every tool, but you should be comfortable learning and experimenting.

Step 2 – Live AI Creative Challenge
Shortlisted candidates will complete a timed creative challenge.
You'll receive a real-world creative brief and will use your own preferred AI tools—including free tools if you choose—to create videos and graphics within a fixed time.
We're not testing expensive software.
We're evaluating:
- Creativity
- Prompt engineering
- AI tool awareness
- Speed of execution
- Quality of output
- Ability to think creatively under time constraints
- Overall workflow and decision-making
You're free to use any AI tools you believe will help you produce the best result.
