Techno Dot Academy of R&D&I is seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketer to lead and optimize our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Performance Marketing, Lead Generation, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, Analytics, and Conversion Optimization. This role is responsible for driving qualified leads, increasing brand visibility, improving conversion rates, and maximizing marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Advertising
- Generate high-quality leads and improve customer acquisition performance
- Manage and improve SEO performance, keyword rankings, and organic traffic growth
- Execute SEM, remarketing, email marketing, and content marketing campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and other marketing tools
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives
- Analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, developers, and sales teams
- Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing opportunities
- Manage online brand reputation and digital presence
- Prepare regular performance reports, dashboards, and ROI analysis
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- 0 to 6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- SEO & SEM
- Google Analytics
- Lead Generation Campaigns
- Marketing Automation
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, attribution, and conversion tracking
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Education, EdTech, Training, or Skill Development industry
- Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Experience with Landing Page Optimization
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
Google Ads, Meta, or Analytics certifications are an added advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
