The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving individual and team sales targets by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate services and solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, relationship-building capabilities, and a proactive approach to driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business goals.
- Engage with customers to explain Mega CFC facilities/services and assist in informed decision-making.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and meet revenue objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients (B2B and B2C).
- Identify and cultivate relationships with jewellery retailers, wholesalers, and other potential clients.
- Maintain a robust B2B sales pipeline and focus on long-term client partnerships.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with B2B clients.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Exhibit at trade shows, manage booths, and generate leads to expand the client base.
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports with key insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with CRM teams to ensure targets for sales, retention, and growth are met.
- Monitor and track performance metrics, reporting risks and opportunities to Seniors.
- Participate in jewellery shows and industry events like IIJS Shows.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by listening, understanding needs, and providing creative solutions.
- Handle complaints or objections professionally and resolve issues promptly.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills; adaptable to multiple channels (phone, email, social media).

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
