Position: CNC Machine Operator

Reporting To: Production Supervisor / Shift In-Charge
Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and motivated CNC Machine Operators to operate and monitor CNC Turning Centers, VMC, and HMC machines. The candidate will be responsible for producing quality components as per drawing specifications while maintaining safety, productivity, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Turning, VMC, and HMC machines as per production requirements.
- Load and unload components and fixtures safely.
- Perform tool offset corrections and basic machine setting adjustments.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.
- Conduct in-process inspections using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Bore Gauge.
- Ensure components meet quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain production records and inspection reports.
- Follow 5S, safety, and quality procedures at all times.
- Report machine abnormalities and quality issues to the supervisor.
- Support preventive maintenance activities and machine housekeeping.
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in:
- Machinist
- Turner
- Fitter
- Tool & Die Maker
- Production Engineering (Diploma)
Experience
- Freshers or experienced candidates (0–5 years).
- Experience in CNC Turning, VMC, or HMC operations will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of CNC machining processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
