Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operational processes
Ensure all processes are followed as per company SOPs
Track progress of tasks and ensure timely completion
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
Maintain proper documentation and records
Prepare daily/weekly reports and MIS
Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
Handle escalations and resolve process-related issues
Ensure compliance with internal policies and standards
Skills & Requirements
Strong coordination and communication skills
Good analytical and problem-solving ability
Knowledge of process management and workflow systems
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
Attention to detail and time management
Qualification
Graduate in any field (Management/Operations preferred)
1–3 years experience in operations/process coordination (preferred)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Process efficiency and turnaround time (TAT)
Error rate reduction
Timely completion of tasks
Quality of reporting and documentation
