Job Profile:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Area Sales Executive to oversee sales operations within the assigned area. The ideal candidate should have experience in the battery industry, strong dealer and distributor management skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets while expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales activities across the assigned area to achieve business targets.
- Develop and strengthen dealer, distributor, and retailer networks.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales from existing and new customers.
- Promote and sell automotive, inverter, industrial, or lithium battery products.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor customer requirements and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts.
- Ensure timely order collection, product availability, and payment follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely deliveries.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and market analysis.
Requirements:
- BBA/MBA-Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any relevant field.
- 2–5 years of sales experience in the battery, automotive, electrical, inverter, or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of area sales management and dealer/distributor operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned area.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license is preferred.
