ey Responsibilities:
- Create and optimize 5-axis CNC machining programs using CAM software.
- Develop tool paths for complex components and ensure machining efficiency.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and 3D CAD models.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining strategies.
- Perform simulation and verification of programs to avoid collisions.
- Support CNC machine setup and troubleshooting during production.
- Optimize cycle times and improve machining processes.
- Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure product requirements are met.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in 5-Axis CNC Programming.
- Proficiency in CAM software such as Mastercam, PowerMill, NX CAM, HyperMill, or Fusion 360.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining, tooling, and fixture concepts.
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand GD&T.
- Experience with aerospace, automotive, or precision engineering components is preferred.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of CAD software such as SolidWorks, NX, or CATIA.
- Experience in process improvement and cycle time reduction.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
