Design Lead - Role Overview
We are looking for a Design Lead with 4–7 years of experience in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture. You will lead end-to-end design projects, ensure design and technical excellence, mentor the design team, manage client interactions, and support business development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Design & Project Management
- Lead projects from concept to construction documentation.
- Review layouts, presentations, materials, detailing, and GFC drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants and execution teams for smooth project delivery.
Team Leadership
- Mentor and guide designers through regular reviews.
- Maintain high design standards and foster a collaborative work culture.
Client & Business Development
- Meet clients, understand requirements, and present design solutions.
- Support proposals, project conversions, and business growth.
Skills & Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.
- Strong portfolio with expertise in space planning, detailing, GFC drawings, and 3D visualization.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and contribute to business development.
Work Experience
- Minimum 4 years of relevant industry experience.
- Prior experience leading interior design projects is preferred.
Location: Hyderabad – Kompally
Salary: –8.4 to 9.6 LPA (CTC) + Performance Incentives.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
