Role Description
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Intern to join our in-house marketing team in Pune. This is a full-time, on-site internship ideal for candidates who are passionate about digital marketing and content creation, especially within the healthcare industry.
The role involves supporting the management of social media platforms, assisting in digital campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating closely with the marketing team to strengthen our brand presence and engagement.
After successful completion of the internship, the right candidate may be offered a permanent position based on performance, skills, and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Develop creative posts, stories, reels, and awareness campaigns
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing and promotional campaigns
- Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and campaign performance
- Track performance metrics and share actionable insights
- Support both online and offline marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with brand and business goals
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve brand visibility and audience reach
- Support the marketing team in day-to-day content and campaign execution
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong interest in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing
- Basic understanding of content creation and audience engagement
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Canva, basic design tools, or video editing software is preferred
- Creative thinker with an eye for visual storytelling
- Degree, diploma, or currently pursuing education in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred
- Prior internship, project, or freelance experience in social media marketing is an added advantage
