Handle customer calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
Register and resolve customer complaints within the prescribed timeline.
Coordinate with the service, workshop, sales, and spare parts departments to ensure timely customer support.
Schedule vehicle service appointments and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Conduct post-service feedback calls and record customer satisfaction.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department or manager.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer care reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
Support customer retention and loyalty programs.
