Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and institutional segments
- Promote and sell eco-friendly pest control services to customers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups
- Conduct product/service presentations and explain benefits of non-toxic solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and digital channels
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales (field sales preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to explain technical products in a simple, customer-friendly way
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Basic knowledge of sustainability or eco-friendly products is a plus
- Willingness to travel locally
